Bubbles

Double click to the past. 4 days before d-day. Someone threw his dignity to the winds to make someone smile. I play it on mute. The scene calls out to me with a faraway echo. The room suddenly morphs. The smile returns.
A flood of images hitting the brain like acid. An unbelievable phone call. A shriek of joy. Racing footsteps matching a racing heartbeat. Euphoria.
A swelling bubble of emotion. May your tribe increase, bubble. Another time window opens. Blowing through the ring of innocence. Laughing together inside a warm cocoon.
She was, is, and will be loved.
